3" Exhaust for the Bronco

Don't waste your money on duals, go with a 3" exhaust system and be done with it.

OK so I started with a 3" High Flow Cat.

3" Mandrel Bent Tailpipe I used (30 bucks!!) : maremont part number is M30001, the Autozone sku for that part is 577061.

Fitting it all together thats a Flow Master 50 all 3"

The Muffler

Heres the old Flow Master 40 and the hack of a job to the tailpipe, it was due for a replacement.

Heres the back of the old cat, I'll be cutting that of flush to the back of the cat.

And off she came

Looking down the Y pipe

3" cat slides right on to the Y pipe

Used a short piece of 3" pipe to join the muffler

bent this little hanger up to weld onto the tail pipe
